Lovely clean surgery, some very helpful staff. Getting through to book an appointment is an absolute nightmare, unless you ring bang on the dot at 8am to be stuck in a huge que you have no chance of booking an appointment for that day, there has actually be times you can do all of the above and still not get an appointment once your through.

I was only registered at the surgery a week and I had an appt for the following to see a GP. I was called in on time and there was no delay and the doctor was extremeley helpful and straight to the point. As a medical receptionist myself I know how under appreciated these points are.
